A joint venture with Australian-based South32 and Vancouver-based Trilogy Metals. Named Ambler Metals, the joint venture owns the Upper Kobuk Mineral Projects located in the Ambler Mining District in northwest Alaska.

The geometric shape that forms part of the Ambler Metals, is a combination of the colours (refreshed) from Trilogy Metals and an adaptation of the South32 weave into a three-part shape also reflecting the word Trilogy.
